An overweight musician and a helicopter rescue swimmer walk into a bar…

The meeting up of Victor Solis and freshly retired United States Coast Guard Rescue Swimmer, turned Fitness/Nutrition Coach, Mike “Bear” Baierski was the catalyst which brought us here.

Having two kids, a busy career as a musician, and about to turn 40, it’s time for Victor Solis to make a change and prioritize his health.
